WHAT IS EFT?

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), also known as tapping, is an alternative remedy that involves tapping specific meridian points on the body to reduce stress, anxiety, and emotional distress.

Developed by Gary Craig in the 1990s, EFT is based on the principle that disruptions in the body's energy system cause negative emotions.

The technique combines elements of traditional Chinese medicine and psychological approaches, focusing on tapping on specific meridian points while concentrating on a particular emotional issue.

What does an EFT session look like?

In an Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) session, I will guide you through a process called "tapping," which involves gently tapping on specific acupressure points on your body while you focus on a particular issue or emotion. This combination of physical tapping and mental focus helps to release emotional blockages and reduce stress. Each session is tailored to your unique needs, providing a safe space to address and alleviate emotional distress.
